This past April, Upstate Capital gathered entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders from across the state for Venture NY 2025 – a two-day event designed to spark connections and accelerate innovation in Upstate New York.
The second day featured the New York Business Plan Competition (NYBPC) Finals, where the state’s top student-led startups took the stage. Representing a wide range of institutions and industries, these emerging founders pitched their ventures to panels of expert judges, competing for funding, exposure and the opportunity to bring their ideas to life.
