New Upstate Capital member Holly Mergenhagen is the Director of Corporate Development at Seneca Holdings, LLC, based in Buffalo, NY. Holly works to diversify revenue streams for the Seneca Nation through direct and indirect private capital investments, with a particular focus on businesses active in government contracting.

Shifting Roles @ Phillips Lytle
