Theresa’s impact extends well beyond her role at Excell. As the co-founder of Impact Capital NY, LLC, a $32 million privately held venture fund, she continues to increase the amount of capital available to founders building companies throughout Upstate New York.
Her fundraising achievements tell a powerful story. Through her leadership and persistence, she has brought more than $80 million into the regional ecosystem. These investments have strengthened innovation, supported job creation and helped establish Upstate New York as a competitive environment for high-tech startups.
