Capital providers and investment professionals gathered at Big Ditch Brewing for pre-game networking before the Bills played the Buccaneers on October 26th, as part of Upstate Capital’s M&A Advisor Series.
The event program opened with Eric Colca, partner at Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP, who introduced his organization and shared how they help companies navigate the new transaction environment. He then welcomed Sam Ticknor, Principal at Union Hill Advisors, to the stage.
Sam introduced the panelists participating in the main discussion of the day and participated as moderator. David Kocen, Managing Partner at Bluehenge Capital Partners, Dan Penberthy, CEO of Rand Capital, and Rob White, Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, discussed today’s transaction landscape and the challenges business owners and transaction professionals need to navigate.
