Venture NY 2025 brought together Upstate New York’s vibrant entrepreneurial community for two full days of connection, insight and exploration. Hosted by Upstate Capital at the Albany Black Chamber of Commerce & Social Club, the event offered founders, entrepreneurs, investors and support professionals a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, build relationships and engage with the region’s growing innovation economy.
This year’s event featured networking and panels on topics critical to growing the region’s innovation economy. The conversations were insightful and action-driven, offering practical knowledge for both emerging and seasoned investors.
At the same time, attendees had the opportunity to experience the New York Business Plan Competition (NYBPC) Finals, where some of the brightest student entrepreneurs from across the state competed and showcased the future of Upstate innovation. Venture NY participants got a front-row seat to discover the next generation of startups and talent emerging in the region.
