Brian Pietrangelo, MBA, CIMA,® AIF,® is Managing Director of Investment Strategy at Key Private Bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in areas of leadership, investment strategy, investment research/manager due diligence, client relationship management, asset management, and product development. He leads the effort responsible for enhancing the communication and effectiveness of investment strategies, guidance, and solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Brian joined Key Private Bank in 2021, and his prior tenure included serving clients and the business for Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, and Willis Towers Watson (Towers Perrin/Watson Wyatt).
Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA from the University of Dayton. He also attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education program and holds both Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designations as well as previously having the FINRA Series 7 license.
Lynn Mucenski-Keck is a tax principal with over twenty years of experience in the accounting profession and serves as the Lead of Federal Tax Policy at Withum. She specializes in federal, domestic and international tax planning for businesses, pursuing optimization to maximize cash impact.
Lynn leads Withum’s clean energy credit initiatives that have been significantly altered since the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act in August of 2022. She provides up-to-date information on the ability to elect the direct pay or transfer of the federal income tax credits
Lynn is a licensed CPA in the state of New York and a member of the American Instititute of Certified Public Accountants. Most recently, Lynn was appointed as a Forbes Tax Contributor in February of 2021. At her previous firm, Lynn initiated, established, and co-lead the PPP & More Consulting team for purposes of disseminating information internally and externally regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, CARES Act, Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, and American Rescue Plan Act. This included leading multiple external webinars with over 3,000 participants, writing client alerts, as well as conducting internal trainings and creating the standard PPP debt forgiveness and ERC reports. Prior to that, Lynn was an Associate Accounting professor at St. John Fischer College, as well.
Additionally, Lynn developed and led internal and external trainings surrounding the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, including overseeing client seminars, providing industry-specific commentary on proposed regulations, and internal trainings with a focus on pass-through entity deductions and interest expense limitation rules. Formerly while working as an International Tax Manager with Big Four firm, she was placed on assignment in Brussels, Belgium, which entailed managing multinational U.S. tax compliance and IRS audits.
David is a Managing Member at Bluehenge Capital Partners where he invests in unitranche/mezzanine loans and minority equity investments from $3MM to $25MM in size to middle market businesses. Prior to Bluehenge Capital, he was a Director at Stonehenge Capital for 16 years. Ari earned his BA in business administration from the of Texas at Austin in 1995.
