​Here are some highlights from the most recent deals done in Upstate New York

• Fadel, a Rye-based provider of intellectual property management software designed to provide end to end capabilities across the licensing lifecycle, raised $7 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Middle East Venture Partners
• ReKTGlobal, an Albany-based provider of e sports infrastructure services intended to serve the esports ecosystem in its entirety by bringing in best practices from sports, media, and entertainment, raised $10.8 million Series A angel funding in a deal led by Nick Gross

• OLEDWorks, a Rochester-based developer and manufacturer of organic light emitting diode (OLED) lighting products designed to emit amber, blue, red, green or full spectrum white lights, raised $12.83 million of angel funding

• Weco Manufacturing, an Ontario, NY-based manufacturer of fabricated metal components, received development capital from Fairchild Capital Partners

• API Heat Transfer, a Buffalo-based manufacturer of industrial heat exchangers and heat transfer systems, was acquired by Littlejohn & Co and Guggenheim Partners

• Clarfeld Financial Advisors, a Tarrytown-based provider of investment and financial planning services, was acquired by Citizens Bank
  

• ReadyJet, a Johnstown-based provider of leather care services to aircraft intended to maintain their appearance, was acquired by PrimeFlight Aviation Services, via its financial sponsor The Carlyle Group
  

• Lewis Engineering, an Albany-based provider of comprehensive solutions in the Art and Science of Engineering services,  was acquired by Delta Engineers, Architects, and Land Surveyors
  

• E&M Power, a Binghamton-based designer and manufacturer of advanced power emulators (AC and DC) and custom power electronic products, was acquired by Motorcar Parts of America

• KOM Automation, an Amherst-based distributor of factory automation components intended to assist in control systems solutions, was acquired by Shingle & Gibb

• Mastodon Design, a Rochester-based designer and manufacturer of rugged signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber operations products, was acquired by CACI International for $225M
