New Paltz, New York – The Upstate Capital Association of New York will host the Buffalo Private Equity Summit at Resurgence Brewing Company from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on November 3, 2021, immediately followed by a cocktail reception beginning at 6 p.m. There will be a Late Night Happy Hour at 8 p.m. at Hartman’s Distilling Co., sponsored by Bluehenge Capital.
The Buffalo Private Equity Summit will be attended by over 100 investors, dealmakers, advisors and people interested in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions sectors.
Registration and networking will begin at 3 p.m. The program will kick off with panel discussion, Putting Together a Deal, highlighting Brandon Martindale, Managing Director at Graycliff Partners, John Koeppel, Partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman and Russel D’Alba, Managing Director and President of Paramax. Next, will be a Private Equity Investor Perspective Panel including Michael Lasch, Managing Director at Pine Street Capital Partners, Ken Bryant, Managing Partner of Sidereal Capital Group and Trevor Messerly, Managing Director at Hamilton Lane. A CEO Spotlight will feature Frank Ewing, CEO of AML RightSource, Bradley Skaf, Principal at Gridiron Capital, and David Mancuso, Director at Freed Maxick. To conclude the program, David Helgerson, Co-Head of Impact Investing at Hamilton Lane will talk about New York State Investing.
